If you have your competition number, you are free to take part in competitions both at home and abroad. You can find a list of the competitions in the calendar. The programmes are usually sent out by email, but can also be viewed on the website of the Skate Vlaanderen.
No one is obliged to take part in a competition. Roll & Skate Leuven’s primary aim is to ensure that these competitions are, above all, enjoyable. If that is the case, results and personal satisfaction will naturally follow after all the hard training.
These days, registering for competitions is standard practice to ensure that everything runs smoothly from an organisational point of view. Major international competitions (whether held abroad or not) increasingly require registration well in advance.
In any case, don’t hesitate to ask your coach or more experienced club mates for advice!
